Unopened Items: We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and condition for a full refund.

Incorrect Orders: In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please notify us promptly. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and assist with the return of the incorrect product.

Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used hair styling products cannot be returned. This policy ensures that all customers receive brand-new, untouched items.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
